I happily accept cancellations if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the item has been posted to you.

I don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been damaged in transit.  If item has been damaged, please send photo of the damage and a replacement (if possible) will be forwarded to you.  If it is not possible to replace the item, the item cost will be refunded to you upon the return of the item.
