AUTHOR BIO:

Joanna Tait is a medical practitioner, mother of five and grandmother of five with more grandchildren on the way.  She has been writing all her life.  Quoll's Great Idea is her first published children's picture book, with several more on their way.

Written by the very talented Joanna Tait and illustrated by Muza Ulasowski, Quoll's Great Idea tells the tale of a very cold Spotted Quoll who finds a very novel way of keeping warm.  

Written by an Australian author, illustrated by an Australian illustrator, published by an Australian publisher, printed in Australia, with the subject matter being Australian animals on the ski slopes of the Mt. Kosciusko region, this book would be the perfect Aussie gift for overseas recipients, or any Aussie recipients.  The last page has some information about the Spotted Quoll and the Mountain Pigmy Possum, both of whom are on the endangered list.
